How can I become a Studio Jessica Rose stockist?
Simply complete our wholesale inquiry form expressing your interest and we will be in touch to discuss all the exciting details and answer any questions you may have. If willing to proceed you will then receive our wholesale starter pack including our latest catalogue, price list and easy order form, as well as your new online wholesale account details.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Once approved as an official Studio Jessica Rose stockist you can place an order via your online wholesale account or via our easy order form, supplied to you when registering as a stockist.
Is there a minimum spend order requirement?
No, there is no minimum spend order requirement.
What are your wholesale prices and payment terms?
You will receive our current price list and payment terms included in your wholesale starter pack upon registering as a stockist with us. How long will it take to receive my order?
As a small family run business, every single order is incredibly important to us and we endeavour to work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. General orders are shipped within 1-7 business days at which point you will receive tracking details to your email or phone. Special order items will include shipping information in their description. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
We are proud to say that all our wholesale items and items listed on our website are designed, made and printed in Australia. All our artwork is designed right here in our studio on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, and printing is done in various states around Australia supporting, where possible, other small family run businesses.
We are also affiliated with various print on demand companies who license our artwork for their products. These items may be produced in various locations globally.
What is your wholesale returns policy?
Your order is incredibly important to us and we understand that all situations are unique, especially when ordering wholesale for your business.
